How many posts do you produce each week?

We’ll help set up any social media accounts that you don’t have and make sure you’ve got great content every single day across all your social media platforms and you only need to review this once a week!

The longer you work with us, the better we’ll know your business and the more people we can help you reach. Our top restaurants are seen over 100,000 times a month in their local area.


How long does the photoshoot last?

Our photoshoots typically last 2 to 3 hours. During that time we’ll gather a large selection of photos and short videos to use. These will then be professionally edited and used in your content from the following week. You will also have access to all of the images for your own use.


How involved do I need to be?

You can be as involved as much or as little as you like. We provide all content for you to review easily via the app. If you like it, you can approve the content, if you have feedback then you can let us know on the app, live chat or over the phone. Our client success team will be in touch regularly to keep up to date with your business.


What if I need to change a particular post?

We want you to love every post we create for you, so if something isn’t quite right, we’ll fix it before it’s published on social media.


Can I update what I want you to promote for me?

Absolutely! Simply message us in the app and we’ll make sure we include your new offer, menu, opening times (or anything else!) in your content.


Do I have to pay extra for different social media platforms?

No - Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Google are all included in the standard monthly price.


Can I trial the service to make sure it's right for me? 

Yes absolutely, we offer a 'rolling contract' option so you can make sure our service is right for you without being committed long term.
