    About

    Thames Tandoori is a family owned Indian takeaway restaurant located in the heart of Battersea, in South West London. They’ve been running for over 30 years and are always busy, but they rely on 3rd party platforms for over 90% of their orders.

    Objective

    The campaign objective was simple: dramatically increase direct orders to reduce reliance on 3rd party platforms and create greater brand awareness in the local area.

     

    Timescale: One month

    Approach

    We had a two-pronged approach: aiming to get more repeat orders from existing customers and then to also encourage brand new customers to order directly.

    We used the video footage from the shoot to create an engaging promo video and also to help build up some presence on their social media.

    We incentivised customers to order directly by using discount codes that we distributed through the use of content, paid ads and then reinforced with email marketing.
